Early Bird Entries
Early Bird Registrations will be open until midnight on Sunday 10th August, 2025. There is a 30% discount for all events except for school’s entry.

5km and 10Km $50 per person 2km $30 per person
2Km Family Run (2 adults plus kids) $100
2Km primary School Run $20 ($10 goes back to school)
10Km 5 x person Relay $200 per team
10Km Surf Club Challenge 5 x person Relay $100 per team

T Shirts may be pre ordered and paid for with on line registrations for $20. Payment and size selection to be made during on line registration. No orders will be taken after early bird registrations close on10th August, 2025.

This year’s Quicksand Australia and the Rotary Club of Gosford North are partnering to support the Central Coast community with all proceeds going to the nominated beneficiaries. Minimum Ages
10 Km runners must be a minimum of 15 years old
5 Km runners must be a minimum of 12 years old
All children must run with an adult or have parental/guardian approval.
Categories
2km, 5km and 10Km runs have a male and female category.
Presentation
Presentations will take place after each event is completed.
Pre-Event Participation
Please ensure that you have trained sufficiently and are physically capable of finishing the event within your current level of health 7 fitness. You must ensure that at all times during the event that you are performing well within your level of skill and ability for each of the disciplines. Please read our waiver terms and conditions here.
